Yoga Styles

Therapeutic Yoga

Gentle yoga customized for you, designed to simply feel better,  stronger, and brighter amidst physical and/or mental health challenges. My backgrounds as an OT and mental health clinician may be leveraged.

Vinyasa Flow

A more vigorous style of yoga designed to elevate the heart rate and flow through challenging poses. If you have specific poses or challenges you'd like to work on, we will explore them.
